My path into wine didn’t start with theory – it started with working in vineyards and wineries and asking a lot of questions along the way. Today, my research and writing focus on viticulture, winemaking and how technical and scientific developments are used in practice. Through hands-on experience and interviews with growers, winemakers and researchers, I explore how tools, materials and practices help wine businesses navigate current and future challenges.
